| Clashes, collisions and historic rivalries; there’s so much to look forward to when the Euros come to Cardiff this year. To make this event as spectacular as it can be, we need a key team of volunteers – known as Smashers – to help support the event in a wide range of roles. From being involved with the sport or media, to spectator services and hospitality, each and every Smasher will play a key role in bringing wheelchair rugby to a huge audience.

If you’re friendly and have the confidence to meet and great new people, you sound like you’ll be a perfect fit. No formal qualifications are required, but good English and lots of enthusiasm is ideal! Knowledge or experience of wheelchair rugby or other sports events is desirable, not essential.
